She brings over 20 years of experience in educational policymaking, leadership, and supporting innovation in educational resources and teacher development, along with a long-standing commitment to linguistic pluralism and multicultural understanding and perspectives that enrich her work with women who come from different backgrounds and who navigate the world in different ways.
As a volunteer in our association, she is dedicated to raising awareness around perimenopause and menopause, helping women speak up, understand their bodies and minds, and approach this transition with confidence. Guided by both expertise and personal experience, Caroline supports each woman with empathy and clarity as she moves toward greater health and empowerment.
