Vice-President

Diane Elsen is a certified menopause coach with extensive expertise in menopause education.

Diane has worked nearly 30 years, cumulating professional experiences across the private sector and the European public service in various domains. Throughout her career, she successfully balanced full-time work with raising a family, navigating the complex realities of motherhood, caregiving, mental load, and the hormonal changes many women experience throughout their lives.

However, it was her own unexpected experience with perimenopause that became a turning point. At a time when she anticipated professional growth, she began facing symptoms she didn’t recognise and that those around her failed to identify. Without clear answers or support, she experienced burnout followed by a deep depression that took several years to overcome.

Determined to understand what had happened, Diane immersed herself in research. This journey led her to the science of menopause and the profound neuroendocrine changes women undergo. For the first time, she found clear explanations for her experience and realised that no woman should have to face this transition feeling confused, dismissed, or alone.

She went on to become a certified menopause coach, supporting women in understanding menopause, redefining priorities, and making informed lifestyle choices that truly support wellbeing in midlife. Through her work and public speaking, she has connected with countless women seeking clarity, support, and recognition.

She is also a the co-founder of Lëtz Menopause asbl, dedicated to raising awareness, improving education, and driving meaningful change around menopause.

In addition, Diane is a trained chef from the Luxembourg Tourism and Hospitality School, a certified Zumba Fitness instructor, and an active volunteer. At the core of her work is a strong belief in community, care, and empowering women to thrive at every stage of life.
